If you find yourself craving authentic tacos in Issaquah, look no further than Xochi. This charming taco restaurant, nestled at 145 NW Gilman Blvd, is quickly winning hearts and tantalizing taste buds with its fresh, flavorful offerings. Customers rave about the standout items, such as the steak taco praised by Corynne Evans for its perfect blend of flavor and texture, along with a delightfully crispy tortilla.

Wow. I am a total taco snob and have judged a lot of tacos harshly. This is hands down the best steak taco I’ve ever had. The flavor, texture, portion size, slight crispiness of the outer tortilla, toppings... everything was perfect. The service was amazing for considering I came by in the middle of lunch hour. The taking my order, took the time to make sure I understood what I was ordering and would be satisfied which I really appreciate. I expected that I would get my food and eat in my car, but after seeing their seating area, I felt compelled to stay. This is next to a busy road, but they set up the tables in a quaint little area behind the cart that isolates you from the road. Highly recommend this cart and will definitely be back!

Seeing 5 different vegetarian tacos on the menu piqued my interest and the ingredients are more unique than the typical veggie fajitas you get everywhere else. Each kind is uniquely delicious. The service is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The atmosphere is minimalistic and cozy. I highly recommend this place, it's amazing!

Had the Brussels sprouts, cochinita, and chicharron. All were good, but the chicharron was one of the best tacos I’ve had in the PNW. Will definitely be back to try some others.

Best tacos I’ve had in the greater Seattle area! They make it fresh so it was still hot when we got home to eat them. Both the corn tortillas and the fillings were delicious and portions were generous. They are a bit spicy, so beware if you’re not into spicy food.

First time here! I am a transplant from CA, and these tacos were some of the best I’ve ever tasted!! The flavors were authentic, the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous. What made the experience even better was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is a family-run spot, and you can really feel the love and care they put into their food. The mother and daughter duo running the place are so friendly and passionate about their cooking. I will definitely be coming back!

We come here at least once a month, more often when the weather is not as nice, so we can support them! We are so happy to live close by to such delicious tacos! The ingredients are fresh and tasty - our favorites are the steak, the rajas (poblanos) and of course, the star - the chicharrones (braised pork skin). We don't get extra spice always but there is that option and it is good stuff! It does get busy when the weather is nice since there are only outdoor tables around this food truck. We usually get the tacos to go so we order when we arrive, go for a walk at Confluence park and come back to pick up the food! Thank you Xochi! We love your delicious food!

Amazing tacos on the east side! Their location is easy to find. I usually try to limit myself to four tacos at most places, but these were so good that I had to get five instead. The entire staff was so courteous, and I can tell they were putting so much work into everything too. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re on the east side and are in the mood for some good tacos.

I’ve driven by this place a million times since I’ve lived in Issaquah for the last five years and never thought to stop, it’s very unassuming, but recently saw their write up in the Seattle Met magazine and figured I would stop in for a quick lunch. The tacos are REALLY good. I got the steak and chicken. They are definitely elevated from the average taco truck. But what really made me write this review was the tortillas they are using, I’m not sure if they’re making them or what but they were nice and crispy on the outside but still soft like you would expect from a street taco it was really nice to complement the fillings. Staff was super nice and while I was waiting, I saw them helping people who had questions about the menu. Definitely will be back when I need a quick bite on the go.
